Alternative cardio for Intervals/HIIT/Sprints??

Hey all -
My exercise routine as of late ---
M,T,TH,F - weights in the AM
M,TH,S,- HIIT
Its been going really well & Im thrilled I've been able to stick to it --- BUT ---- today, my trainer had me doing ALL LEGS.
ALL LEGS. 55min of squats, lunges, deadlifts, hamcurls, etc etc etc
Usually, we do like SOME legs - while also do abs, arms, back etc.
I left the gym and could barely walk.
Went to grab lunch - walked the 3blocks and my legs feel like STONE
I am going to TRY to do my Sprints tonight ---- but can anyone suggest alternative Cardio exercises that might be "Easier" on my tired legs?
* i try to do my sprints/intervals based on my heart rate - start at 130, up to 170. stay there for 30 secs then back down to 130.
rinse, lather, repeat
