Hi there, am a bit of a lurker on the success stories thread. I am in awe of everyone, you are all so determined to get healthy and you are all so inspirational.

I'm 5ft 6" and weigh about 160lbs. I'm trying not to weigh myself because I got into the habit of jumping on the scales every morning and getting really down (which led to comfort eating) when the numbers were higher than I would like.

Have a holiday coming up and really, really want to feel comfortable in a swimsuit.
I'm cutting out junk and snacking and upping the water intake. I've just finished D6 of the 30DS and also do a lot of walking.
Hoping I'll be updating with pride in a few weeks :)
