    I see quite a bit of muscle definition in your arms along with just overall amazing progress! :)

    Yeah I can see my traps, I'm quite proud of how well they're going. I signed up to a gym about 4 months ago and I've been doing strength training. I'd recommend it to anyone trying to lose weight .

    Thanks for all your nice comments and encouragement guys. I doubt I could have done this without MFP, I've learned so much here.
