Cause weight GAIN?!
new studies have shownthat sweeteners such as splenda and whatnot have shown weight gain. My aunt brought this to my attention when she switched from regular sugar, gaining 10 pounds in a year instead of continuously maintaining her weight. I didn't know that! I Googled and found this article
