COUCH TO 5K!

So I'm not exactly on the couch level, I usually do the elliptical for about 1 hour every day but have NEVER EVER been good at running (it just kills me). But now I'm doing the couch to 5k just to push myself, I'm on Week 1 and it doesn't seem bad so far, but I was wondering...

Anyone have any advice, tips, or motivation who's done this before? Anything appreciated - I HATE running and want to love it!

P.S. - if it matters, here's the program I'm using.

    Would love to hear any of your advice. I am on week 2 and a big girl at that with asthma not sure if I will make it to 1 min 30 sec but I am going to try.
