How Many Calories?

Hello MFP Friends,
I've been reading the threads a lot lately. There seems to be quite a few people who appear knowledgeable about TDEE etc and how many calories to eat and whatnot. I don't know if you are a dietician/nutritionist/doctor/pulling-info-out-of-your-āss, but that's okay.
Please tell me what you think/know/suggest for my situation:
Female, 25 y/o, 215ish lbs (fluctuates), 5 ft 3 in
Works 2 sedentary jobs for a total of 33 hrs or so per week
walks 20-40 mins most days a week
planning on doing 30DS with 3 lbs weights for all of June
I love to eat and I am trying to do more cooking (fell out of this over the past few years & the weight packed on).
So tell me:
How many calories a day? Example of a zig-zag pattern?
How many lbs to expect gone a week? 1? 1.5?
Anything else you'd like to share?
disclaimer: I may or may not take any advice given. more out of curiosity- interest in others' views
edit: added height

something you may be interested in http://www.shapefit.com/calorie-intake-calculator.html#
however...it may all be trial and error till you find what works for you. And even so it may only work for a certain while and you may need to then change it up. That may give you a start though. good luck0 -
Check out fat2fitradio.com They have tools that will calculate your BMR and recommend a calorie level for you depending on your age, height, weight and sex. It is a great start.0
