320 calories or less mini-meals?

I am trying to start eating 5 small meals per day around 320 calories. any yummy suggestions?

    Breakfast:
    *raisin bread toast and homemade smoothie
    *ham, egg, cheese on toasted 100 calorie english muffin
    *fruit salad and toast
    *oatmeal and fruit


    Lunch:
    *baked potato with lean turkey chili
    *baked potato with cottage cheese
    *grilled cheese (with laughing cow wedge and deli turkey)
    *sandwich and fruit
    *giant salad w/ lots of veggies


    Supper:
    *homemade stew or soup
    *homemade veggie pizza
    *skillet meals
    *steamed veggies and rice


    Just a real quick list of my faves...
