Hi there,
Some basics about me... I am male, 43 years old -- almost 44 -- 170lbs and 5' 10" ... I currently at 21% body fat, which falls within the acceptable healthy range for my age and gender, but I would like to get this down below 15%.
About a month ago I started to run, and I am now doing running 5 miles @ 13 minute miles.... I also do some basic weight training with dumb bells. Other than loosing some body fat, I want to tone up and gain some muscle definition--- and to complete a half marathon in early July -;)
So, who wants to be my friend?
