Plantar Faciitis and Arch Supports

Wondering if anyone here has been diagnosed with Plantar Faciitis and has any custom-made arch supports? If so, how do they work for you? Would like to try something as I need to get back outside and start walking again!

    I had a lot of problems with that when I was younger, and got custom orthotics. They work so well that I haven't had problems since.
