I love Asian sauces. Soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, thai red curry/greencurry/curry/tomyam etc.........
But there is SO MUCH SODIUM!!!!! However, I do not have any risks of high blood pressure (my doctor said that I have one of the lowest blood pressure's she's ever seen....:D) so I am not worried about that problem. However, are there any other effects that I could see from eating higher amounts of sodium? (I try not to, but it's hard when it tastes so good....:(
Thanks!

I am subbing because this is interesting. I lived in Thailand for 5 years and I always believed I was healthier sodium wise because they do not use salt, only these sauces. I wonder if I was wrong.0
