In the need of some motivation

well im goin through some tough PMS rite now and i am REALLY craving some potatoe chips :grumble: well i should be working out rite now i just can't fund the motivation to get up off my fat booty n workout. im in the need if some real motivation

    Just think of how good you will feel after you work out! Get those feel good hormones pumping!! If all else fails you can go into the bathroom and strip down to your underwear and check yourself out in the mirror. That ALWAYS gets me motivated to change the way I look!! :laugh:

    It helps me not to think too much about decisions like that.
