I have been around an attractive guy with no confidence. It made me sad since he was great, but it was really cute at the same time. Lack of confidence doesn't directly make someone unattractive I think ^-^0 -

For me more is better than less. I find that if a girl is showing off awfully lot for no reason (near a beach or at a club or something) then thats not really sexy. Simplicity is sexy, too much "SHINY STUFF" just don't cut it for me.
Also, I'm a sucker for good hair. Thats usually the first thing that attracts my attention.
Edit: Confidence is good. Over-confidence (or immaturity rather that alot of girls call confidence nowadays) just drives me away0 -

niceness! when i see a girl or guy take time to make eye contact and smile at people or say hello its major bonus points! i work in the food industry so its nice when people take time to acknowledge you as a human being and not a food dispensing machine lol i automatically feel in a better mood and want to know more about them!
