How does Tae Bo rank?

Alright, to preface this, I'm a beginner. Don't have much in the way of endurance (ashamed to admit), plus I can't/don't sweat so I have to be careful not to overwork and overheat (and fall over). With all that in mind...
My GF (bless her soul) found me a Tae Bo boot camp box set - 7 or 8 DVDs at progressively harder levels. I'm slowly building up - I can get about halfway through the Basic training dvd.
Anyway, my question is: How does Tae Bo stack up against other entry-level workout videos? I'm definately not ready for a p90x or Insanity, though I hope to get there someday. Anyone familiar with enough different programs to give some thoughts on how the various entry-level/starter workout videos stack up?
