IIIIIIIIIIIIII want candy!

My husband (and weight loss coach) is at work and I desperately want a piece of candy. My daughter suggested a kiwi fruit which I devoured and while it was delicious, I still want candy...
Please help me stay on track!

    What kind of candy are you craving? Have you met your calories for today? If I am under still and wanting chocolate I will eat one or two mini hershey bars. If it is just something sweet I will chew gum, eat a mint, or a sucker. I find it better to treat myself just a little. If I deprive myself I will end up pigging out in the end.

    i prefer chocolate but my problem is that once i start i can't stop. my daughter is fundraising so are fully stocked on candy from sam's club. i can't eat just a little piece, i end up with a couple of candy bars in one night. i just grabbed an orange and it's helping so far. i just can't get over this craving!

    Try an apple. They help me when I'm jonesing. Also, 2 sugar free chocolate puddings = 120 cals. Maybe if you really get desperate you can go that route?
