...reading irrational people talk about thinspo and how being skinny makes them "perfect" makes me REALLY hungry. owo I mean literally, I was just reading and I looked at a food diary that had a daily calorie consumption that was probably a QUARTER of what this person should be eating, and the first thing I did was gobble down some Ritz Crackers!!!! (And for the record, this person was doing this INTENTIONALLY and speaking of it in a positive light also I will NOT reveal who this was, the specifics are not my business to share).

.....OMNOMNOMNOMNOM

Stay happy and HEALTHY, people! Don't forget to give your body what it needs!

....though now I'm DEFINITELY going to the gym tomorrow xD

To each their own but I second the opinion. Eat people eat. Food is good for you in the right portions. EAT.

Yes!. The single (double?) most important things I do about food is measure it and log it. Everything else is just "gravy" (so to speak). It has nothing to do with starving your self - it's just knowing when enough is enough.

Ditto. I'm seeing frequent netting under 1000 with these massive 1000+ calorie burns and I'm having a hard time supporting it. I feel it's best I say nothing bc I can be brutally honest and not sure some can take it.

Me too! I see this and it makes me want to scream at them. And honestly, I don' t believe people are really burning that many calories. Then, you see those people post topics like "HELP!!! I AM NOT LOOSING" (yes I spelled it wrong on purpose)

I know I shouldn't worry so much about what other people are doing, but I am here to support and motivate myself AND others. I may have to purge my friend's list, and stop reading forum posts...
  • To burn 1000 calories I have to run 12-13 miles :grumble: no fair hehe
