June- Jog On! challenge

Start date: June 1st.
Anybody is welcome to join! :flowerforyou:

It's quite simple. Choose your own total time to complete in June, for jogging! (If you've never jogged, or currently new to it, don't be shy! :wink:).

For me, I am new-ish to jogging, and will be setting a goal time of 5 hours in total. Not sure if this is way out of my range or not :indifferent: Oh, well. Challenge: Accepted! >:D

    I am in on this one! I run but have been increasing speed instead of time for awhile. I am going to aim for 30 minutes of running 4 times a week. A total of 8 hours this month. :-)

    Hmm... good question :)
    I'd like to start jogging, I began C25K a few weeks ago but the first run killed me (I'm embarrassed to say). So I'd like to say I'll try to at least run once a week - I tend to like to run eeeearly on a weekend morning when there's less people to see me - so 2 hours? That seems ridiculously low, but at the same time it seems like my Everest atm!

    Here goes nothing.
