How many calories needed to maintain?

I have been eating 1200-1400 calories a day and have lost 15 pounds. I want to lose 3 more, but that's it. I don't want to gain weight back, but I also don't want to lose more than my goal weight. Once I am at 115 (where I want to be) do I increase my caloric intake? If so, by how much? Thanks!

There is maintenance mode in MFP and I would switch over to that. However, take it slow week by week to increase your caloric intake. If you go from deficit mode to maintenance all of a sudden you may gain that is why you want to ease into it and definitely keep exercising for your buffer. Hope this helps!0

I would say increase 100 calories each week and see how you do.0
