Hey guys just posting a good tid-bit that i thought everyone would benefit from. I just recently started this program called the Howard Diet and it is awesome. You eat a defined meal plan Monday through Friday and Friday night through Sunday you eat what you desire just watching your portions. It's $125 a month but it is worth the money. Sometimes all a person needs is a partner and we all know how friends will bail on exercise. This program won't quit on you if you don't quit the program. Its awesome b/c you eat protein bars, soy chips (they are good trust me), nutritional shakes, fruit, and one meal b/w 400-500 calories for dinner. Its 5 meals a day and they keep you nourished believe it or not. I like it because you don't have the restrictions of a continuous diet hence no stress=no cortisone and belly fat. Also you have to walk at least 2 miles 4-5 times a week. Its so easy and so effective. If you have a Howard Diet or LA Weightloss Program in your neighborhood go in there and check it out. I promise you will not regret it. No hunger, No energy loss, just results!!!! Good luck myfitness family.
