Hello, my name is Curt and I have been using myfitnesspal for about a month or so now. I have been heavy all my life and finaly decided to give up on the fad diets, the quick fixes and just change my eating and exercise lifestyle to one that will support the weight I want to be instead of the weight I am. Takes a little planning but the tools on myfitnesspal have made it easier to do. So far the results have been exciting I started at 280 Lbs, and was 253 at my last weigh in.
