Is this circuit training???

I have a work out video that works the arms, butt, legs, stomach. It's 8 minutes for each area. Would this be CT?

I may be wrong, but I think circuit training is a mixture of strength and cardio (possibly abs as well?).0

Circuit training is when you do one thing then another then another then take a short break and start at #1 again.(I'm pretty sure not 100%)
A superset is when you are doing strength training and you do 2 similar excersizes , on the 2nd excersize you would lower the weight that you are lifting. EG. bench press then right into push ups.0
