hi everyone !


pretty cool site ! i have been losing wieght for sometime now. when i started i weighted 239 lbs. with a my bodyfat at 28% well since then i have manged to drop to 190 and bf. 17% so now im comftorble with my weight to hieght 6 ft. . my current goal is to add muscle. at 45 yrs. of age im not trying to become the next mr. olympia. lol! i just want to get a little more fit. if anyone else is trying to do something along the same lines, i would love to hear from you.
