Hi!! I'm brand spanking new to my fitness pal... this is my 1st week.
Background on me, when i went into labor with my second child, i weighed a whopping 233 pounds. At 5'4/5'5 that was wayyyy too freaking much. During that pregnancy my family and friends held an intervention of sorts and I was determined to not be that "fat" mom for my kids.
All by myself, along with hard work, determination and tears, I got myself down to 169. Everyone was so proud of me and telling me I looked fabulous. I felt great. However over that summer I gained 10 pounds and got to 179. At this point, my hubby kindly pointed out to me I was gaining weight.
For the last 6 months, I've been doing Weight Watchers and I plateau at 157. For two months I just stayed there regardless of what I did. Therefore, I quit WW and joined myfitnesspal.
I'm really looking for people who have similar calorie goals so i can see their food diary to compare notes. My dream is to be 140-145.
I have two kids, I love Zumba, and I grudgingly go jogging at least once a week. Friend me if your intrested in sharing!
Thanks!

Welcome to MFP! I love this site more than any other site I have found. To reach your goal, you will need to adjust your diet and exercise, add some strength training in the mix as well because it burns more fat. You have done very well so far having lost so much after a pregnancy. A lot of women don't lose as much or gain more after delivery. Kudos to you.0
