I haven't hit the 50lb lost mark yet however I only have 26lbs left and I can't seem to get it off. Does anyone have any suggestions to try and help me out and get this off. I'm in a challege to get it off by turkey day and I have been trying hard. Its just not going anywhere. I'm 5'7 at 166. I just did my BMI and at 159 I will be at a normal weight. :grumble: I really want to loose it please help me.

the only thing I can suggest is try doing a totally different type of exercise than your body is used to and it may jump start your weight loss.0

are you eating your exercise calories? if not, then you'll definitely want to start doing that. also, as mlmanney said, you should change up your exercise routine.0
