3 months & 17lbs later (w/pics)

On Feb 29th I started strength training on the ActivTrax Program at my local YMCA. I started strength training at 208#, my arms were flabby and I had a muffin top or two going on. After 3 strangth sessions per week and 3-5 cardio sessions per week I have lost 17lbs. My triceps or "batwings" have gotten slimmer and I can see my bicep bump growing in, also my waist is getting more narrow and less muffin-y. Also this is the first success pictures I have posted here, yay

congrats I have bat wings too:blushing: :blushing: However yours are firming up big time. I know it is hard work. I just started with weights. I dont' like upper body workouts. Though it must be done.Wow 52 pounds in 4 months is awsome you are really kicking butt.0
