Anyone use one? Do you have a recommendation for size or brand?

I do not use one for a desk chair (though I know some folks do)...but I have a stability ball at home for some exercises. I am posting a link to the one I got...and I picked this one after some research. These balls are a little thicker than some other brands. I've had mine for about 8 months and deflation has been minimal over that time (granted, I only use it for a few exercises 2-3x per week). As far as size, I have the green one...the size you get depends on your height. and some folks suggest ordering the next higher size because its not easy to inflate these balls to their max size.

I borrowed one from a co-worker for a while. I liked it. I think the key to doing this is to make sure that you're getting the right size ball for your desk. The one I borrowed was too small for my desk so I ended up getting cramps in my trapezius because I was scrunching up my shoulders all the time to use my computer. The other thing about it that really bugged me was that I couldn't swivel. I didn't realize how much I swiveled in my rolling chair during the day. They make rolling bases for the exercise balls too so I think if I were to try it again I would need one of those.

Sizing is most critical. Need to have your legs parallel to the ground or tilted slightly downward and then adjust the desk settings from there. I have been using one regularly for almost a year now and absolutely love it. All of my back problems have gone away and my core has never been stronger.
