as your body adjusts to certain foods you may not be going as frequently as you used to. Also make sure that you are drinking plenty of water. 1 day of low water intake throws me off for days.0

Sounds like you're not eating enough fibre (fruits & vegetable) or drinking enough fluids but it's hard to say without seeing your food diary.0

I drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day, fruit not so much but i eat veggies. Should i get something like "benefiber"?0

Adding some fibre like that couldn't hurt (start with a smallish quantity at first) I'm not sure about Benefiber but the psyllium based fibre supplements have the added benefit of helping to lower cholesterol
The other thing you could try, if you're a yougurt eater, is adding some bran buds to your yogurt (or breakfast cereal if you're a cereal eater) and, like the psyllium based products it too helps with cholesterol.0 -

I have the same problem and I have figured out that I am not getting enough oil/fat in my diet. I drink plenty of water, get fruits and vegetables in every day, and eat a lot of fiber. On the days I add some regular salad dressing to my salads or oil to something I cook, I don't seem to have as much of a problem.0

I posted on this yesterday in the EM2LW group. I have the exact same problem as you. I drink around 80-100 oz of water a day. I could up my fruit and veggies and plan on doing that now. But like you I used to be regular - even going multiple times a day and now I'm luck if I go 2x a week. Not sure why that is. Someone else suggested to me trying flaxseed. They said they started using that and it worked for them. There were a few other suggestions. If you look at my posts you will see it.0

Are you getting enough fat in your diet? If my fat level goes too low, it doesn't matter how much fiber I eat. Also, coffee usually helps.0

Magnesium is nature's laxative...eat some dark green vegetables, nuts, seeds, chocolate, or just supplement0
