Off days!

I was wondering what people do on their off days to help them keep on track. I find it almost impossible to stay under my calories when I am not working out. Do people eat in a surplus on their off day? Do you do non-intense activities?

    I work out weekdays, and have the weekends "off".

    Typically, my eating is about the same, save the occasional party of get-together. I plan
    meals as I'm eating my breakfast. If i know we are going out for dinner I log that first
    so I can eat a smaller lunch and/or adjust snacks.

    Weekends do take more willpower for sure~!
