Joint replacements and exercise

I am 64 years old and as of this morning, I have lost 33 pounds with fitness pal and 10 pounds before I joined with a total of 43 pounds lost since mid January. I'd like some friends who have some limitations on exercising like me. I can't do floor exercises because I can't get on the floor and get back up without some difficulty. (not allowed to kneel) I currently use a stationary bike. Try to challenge myself on that by upping the levels used when I exercise. Looking for some variation in exercise...
