Tired of being a "Big Girl"

At 20, (nearly 21) I've gained thirty pounds in the past three years of college. I have one year left to go, and want to create and maintain a routine of healthy eating and exercise before I graduate and lose the use of a free gym!
I've done crash dieting before and recovered from an eating disorder my junior year of high school- since then I have to be extremely careful of what I eat and have developed allergies to aspartame (artificial sweeter) and have sworn off anything containing high-fructose corn syrup.
Right now, I'm at 198lbs and hope to be 150lbs by next June, my mother's 50th birthday and my brother's high school graduation!
