Well, This is probably my 5th diet in 5 years. Every time I lose some weight I feel great and then slip back into old ways. This time I want to stay losing weight (1-2lbs a week) for 8 weeks until healthy eating is a habit.
Figure if I spend 10-15 mins a day on this site it should help my motivation. It is really useful recording all food eaten for me, because for example yesterday 1 had 8 pringles. Worked out that the calories weren't too bad. However I was hungry half and your later, and when I look at the breakdown of calories, fat and carbs..........what a waste spent on those crisps :-))

    16.06 71.5Kg........!!! This time I am going to keep it going. No celebrating weight loss by having some toast!

    Hopefully using MFP will make food decisions a wiser choice. :) It definitely is a lot of help to me
