Exercise Is On Point But My Eating Sucks

So for the past two years I have been consistent about going to the gym, but because of my eating habits and drinking, I have not lost any weight or cannot keep it off once I do. I should be a rail by now but because I cannot control myself on weekends, I am not. I have decided that I need to cut our alcohol all together (at least for now because I've been getting angry) and need to make wiser eating habits as to not go over my calories per day. Tips for sticking with it? If I could get the weekends down, I would be set. I will lose 2 lbs during the week and be back at square one on Monday because I indulged. HELP
