Did you stay within you nutritional goals?
Went over 48 calories, but I actually kept track accurately which is better than the rest of this week.

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
I came close to staying in my calories and I did drink all my water.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Got up in the morning and did WK 5 of Couch to 5K

What would I have done differently? Not had the two rolls of smarties that pushed me over the limit.

What is today's personal goals?
Stay within my calories and workout.

    Yes - I didn't eat all my exercise calories like I usually do.

    Yes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Spent 2 hours at the gym - 65min on the Elliptical, 30 min Nautilus, 25 min shower and sauna :bigsmile:

    What would I have done differently? Nothing - I wish everyday could be like yesterday.

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and workout.

    I am at 200lbs today... one more pound I will be at 199 and a loss of 10lbs (since June 20th). I have plans for dinner on Saturday night. I am already trying to think of what (and how much) I can eat/drink ... :drinker:

    Yes, and I didn't dip into the exercise calories

    Yes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    I ran 5 minutes straight on the treadmill - I am not a runner, never have been, but I did it!

    What would I have done differently?
    Drank more water than 8 cups - I woke up feeling a little wonky from dehydration this morning.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Don't dip into exercise cals and fit in a quick workout this evening.

    Did not taste cake batter! I love that stuff.

    What would I have done differently?
    Taken some energy food on bike ride - then I would not had eaten the hamburger.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay in calories without the extra calories from 2 hours of biking. Ride indoors for 30 min. Don't eat frosting!

    went to the Y and stayed for 90 minutes even though I didn't want to... stopped eating dinner when I was full
    oh yeah ... and my arms are looking really good:wink: (for me)

    What would I have done differently?
    skipped the potato chips

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay under calories
