    Thanks for posting! I have about 13 lbs to go and it's slow and steady so it's really inspiring to see your transformation. I noticed a difference in your face and your abs/obliques more defined! Way to go!!!! :happy:

    get you a big ball to do your crunches on... I have had back surgery and it doesn't hurt if I use the ball. Good luck!
