Stuck

During this journey of weight loss I have reached a sticking point at around 236 I was stuck at that weight for two weeks even though I intensified my workouts and I was very strict with my calorie deficit. I am now stuck at 231 for about two weeks now. I would like to know if any of you would share your secrets for getting over one of these being stuck scenarios? What have you done or suggest that others that are stuck can do to break through? I have 5-10 lbs to go which I am sure are going to be the hardest pounds to shed.
