    1 oz sugar free syrup (on the toast..yummm)

  • whoa what happened there? no....I did not have 2 bowls of bran flakes just one. Anyways, as I was saying:

    8oz of V8 Splash Berry Blend (yummy ---and it's got 100% of Vit. C and A!---good stuff)

    one very large cup of coffee with 80 calories of half n half (this is an occasional "treat" and today I'm celebrating being able to wear a pair of jeans I haven't been able to button for over two years!)

    Ok, kind of counterintuitive to celebrate weight loss with half n half, but I know some coffee drinkers will understand. :tongue:

    They're little wedges of 35 calories per wedge.
    There's original creamy swiss, light oiginal swiss (this is the one I always eat), light garlic & herb & light french onion.

    Timmies! I love Timmies coffee and I am having one now! :happy:

    I had plain oatmeal with a packet of splenda. It really wasn't very good but it was filling and I am hoping the taste will grow on me.:sick:

    I had a 3 eggwhite omelate with 28g fat free shredded cheddar and 1/4 cooked onions.
    119calories :) I pretty much have that every morning and then an hour or so later have a snack

    I have 1/3 cup of grape nut cereal, with a 1/2 cu of 1%milk and a 1/2 tsp sugar. /beware of the Timmies coffe. Thought I would treat myself last weekend with a Engish Toffee Cappuccino, OMG it was 460 calories....Oh but oh so yummy:happy:

    1 cup of low fat cottage cheese with one cup of blueberries and 2 tablespoons of ground flax.

    I'm really addicted to this, but sometimes it's Light and fit yougurt instead of the cottage cheese.
