My protein goal is set at 110 and MFP's fiber goal is set at 18...having "digestive issues" so to speak, lol. What is a good fiber goal for me to counteract the abundance of protein that I am now consuming?

If the protein is making you go the bathroom with loose #2 a lot then try to slow down how much protein you intake/injest/eat at one time and intake it over a slower period of time.

Thanks for the response, quite the opposite problem actually. I don't want to take laxatives, I'm just wondering how much fiber would be enough to keep this from happening.

Try to get at least 25g of fiber per day. I have my goal set to 30g per day.

In addition to boosting fiber, try to eat it before protein. Drink lots of water. Might also try some live culture yogurt.

18g is not even the RDA of fiber. I believe it is 28g, and frankly a bit more is not a bad thing. I tend to show for a minimum of 28g.

Gradually increase fiber ...... increasing it too fast can cause tummy issues. Also - there are 2 kinds of fiber ... soluble & insoluble. You may have issues with 1 kind of fiber and not the other.
