Hi everyone! Brand new to MFP, and loving what I see so far! 38 year old guy from Oakville, Ontario that has the ever-so-common "Dad Muffin Top" and wants to be a little bit more aerodynamic! Looking for like-minded friends (everyone welcome!) for mutual support and just to make connections. I love sports (baseball, hockey mostly.. GO JAYS), playing/writing music, studying history, and am a geek-by-trade and by nature (work in IT, love video games and write my own software/apps). And now, adding running and working out to that list, hopefully for the long term!
