Ladies, please help me. I'm new to the weight lifting thing and just bought a home gym. Can you tell me any good books or exercises I can do to build/tone muscles- especially my arms. Thanks and good luck with your goals!

New rules of lifting for women. Quite simple and basic and a good hand book for beginners I think.0

I also like NROL. I'm in Stage 3 and was pretty much a beginner when I started. It's fun. Check the book out of your library to see if you like it, but I recommend buying it. I refer back to it often.0
