Ideas for Soy protein powder

So my loving husband went out to buy me more protein powder from Sprouts. I buy the bulk whey protein powder instead of the already flavored ones. He came back with soy protein powder instead. He got confused because I am severely lactose intolerant so I drink soy milk. Any idea of what I can do with this powder? I have found it doesn't mix well with liquids.
Thanx!

Do you bake? You can put it into baking items. I have mixed protein powder in with sauces and thrown it into the blender with smoothies.
Does it mix better with liquids if you try a blender?0 -
I make a protein smoothie for myself every morning for breakfast. It is not low calorie but it is really healthy and I consider it a meal replacement. Here is the recipe. it is SOOOO good.
1 banana frozen cut into chunks.
1 medjool date pitted
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup soy/nut/dairy milk or even water (almond milk is my fav
1 tsp-tbls cocoa powder
1/4 cup quick cooking oats (I use gluten free)
1 tbls of your protein powder. I use nutribiotics vegan powder
3 ice cubes.
Blend it to your desired thickness.
it is sooo good. And has a ton of vitamins, minerals and fiber. It is very filling as well. Like I stated earlier, it is NOT low calorie. My vegan/gluten free version has 440 calories. Hope you like it.0
