For those who have lost 100+. Any plateaus?

So I was so freaked out I might plateau and instead I lose 4 lbs! I weighed myself on Saturday and I was up about a pound. Today, I'm down 4 (from last week). I must be fluctuating in water retention. My fat % went down and I weighed myself on 2 scales.0

Everyone here is REALLY an inspiration to us who are aiming for the 100+lb lose also.
I hit a plateua recently and it really discouraged me and sent me on a whole month of bad choices, but I have finally been getting back on the train and hitting it hard again and going 100% from here on.
I wonder, what do you all have in common?
Did you all do workouts atleast 5-6 days a week when you started your weight loss journey?
Im sure if we could figure out what you all had in common(weight loss wise) alot of us could follow in your footsteps!
