I am doing "Quick Sculpt Pilates .10 Minute Solutions" When I log it in for calories burned it says 32 calories burned. Is it really only 32 calories burned for 10 minutes? Ugh! it sure seems like more than that. Any ideas?

32 calories in 10 minutes isn't bad0

Pilates is not designed to burn a lot of calories, it is to work your core. Try and see any calorie burn as a bonus to why you are doing it in the first place.0

Thank you! Thats why I started it. It does amazing things to my core which benefits my entire body. I got caught up in the "calories burned" postings and felt like I wasnt doing anything. Thanks for reminding me.0
