Need Exercise Help for (Mrs.) Santa Claus Belly

Hi everyone, I need help. I am a little over a third of the way to my goal weight. I am feeling so much better, and I love my new lifestyle!!! However, I have one serious problem I hope you can help me with. I carry most of my weight right in front. I virtually have no waistline. My excuse for over 30 years was that having three c-sections with a vertical cut greatly impacted the strength of my stomach muscles. Pretty sure that argument isn't going to work now that I am in my 50's! I don't have a gym membership, but I was wondering if you guys could give me suggestions as to various exercises that would help my "Santa Claus belly". Thanks so much!!!!

The only way to get rid of it is reducing fat overall. You should be doing core work as part of your strength training routine, but all these "Crunches to Blast Belly Fat!" claims are hokum. Just keep on keepin' on.0

If you're carrying most of your weight in your stomach, google "apple shape"...and "cortisol", also when a person is stressed right out, they gain in their bellies, which causes a change in reaction to insulin. OR just bust your *kitten* and eat properly, it will eventually come off.0
