how accurate is the doctors digital scale?

Does anyone know? I loved what I was seeing on the scale there. I'm just wondering how accurate it is? What do you all think?

    A doctors scale has to be updated regularly,
    i forget if its every month or every year
    its probably within 2-3 pounds accurate
    maybe closer depending on last regulation
