Padding for working out in apartments

I live in a second story apartment. And while my downstairs neighbor hasn't complained yet during 30 DS, it isn't consistent jumping up and down and I would like to start insanity or P90x soon. However I have over a year left here and would prefer to not make her mad every day. Does anyone have any suggestions for padded flooring that I could put under my yoga mat to absorb some of the impact from jumping around?
