IT WORKS!!!

I'm a very active person--lots of triathlon training, softball, weightlifting and eating,eating, eating (usually healthy food), but always keeping a little around the middle. I really wanted to carve out my abs before returning from Iraq next week, and in only one week of watching the calorie counter i have dropped about 3 lbs of fat, and I can see the lines a little more defined. It really is about calories in and calories burned.
Keep at it!

    That's awesome! yes this site is wonderful, isn't it? It's crazy to see exaclty how many calories you were consuming when you started to log in your food.... it really opens your eyes. Good job,and congrats!
