Has anyone tried visalus as a meal supplement along with counting calories?? I am going to try it just for a change. What do YOU think? I have also heard of the Jillian Michaels shake too.

    I havent tried. But in my experience. the majority is a waste of money if you dont need the convenience.

    Yes I use Visalus, shakes. I love them. A great low calorie, nutritious meal that is easy to prepare. 2 per day to lose weight.. Lots of success stories I hope to have one myself but at 9lbs lost, that not enough yet.
