Anyone have any advice on how to determine your macros? Is there certain criteria to evalute when setting them? I am still running with the preset ones from mfp... but it sounds like that isn't recommended? ?

Get at least
Protein: 1 - 1.5 g/lb of LBM (or target bodyweight)
Fat: .5g/lb of LBM (or target bodyweight)
Fill in the rest however you like0
