I stopped eating meat and dairy about three months ago. I'm not having any trouble getting enough protein everyday but I can't ever seem to get enough calcium, potassium and iron.

I've done a good amount of research on this and I just get more confused. Please share any suggestions, info, favorite brands, foods (not the obvious foods please), ect.

calcium potassium and iron can be found in a multi-vitamin, and you can even get your dr to prescribe a really good and high-absorbing one. eating leafy greens is great b/c they are high in everything, and eat along with vitamin C to promote absorption (such as orange juice) nuts & legumes are great, again alongside OJ. yogurt for calcium, and almond milk is also good. (sorry just realized you were off dairy, too, so you could do a soy-based yogurt??)
