Hi,
I am new to MFP and I can't tell you how much I am enjoying the blogs. I especially people who share their "before" and "after" photos which are so inspiring!
I have a question that I hope one of you seasoned MFP users can answer. When I finish my food diary for the day, how accurate is the statement "if everyday were like today, you would weigh ____ in five weeks"?
Thanks in advance!:flowerforyou:

Idk about others but for me, not very accurate; off by 3 lbs, so I really shouldn't complain. Just saying, it's an average but everybody's body is different and I have gone over calories sometimes. Good luck and welcome to MFP, it does help logging your food.0

None of my days are the same twice in row, much less five weeks...0
