**will add picture tonight**
1 lb hamburger meat (lean)
1 large onion
1 large pepper
1 pkg (16 oz) mozzerella cheese
9 lasagna noodles
1 jar spaghetti sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
While meat is browning chop the peper & onion into TINY pieces. After meat is browned, mix spaghetti sauce, onions, peppers & meat together in the pan & heat through. Cook noodles through. Layer noodles, then sauce mixture, then cheese in pan/baking dish (3x total). Put in oven for 15-20 minutes (this is just to melt the cheese - everything else is already fully cooked). Remove & enjoy!!
It's super easy & you don't need any additional spices or anything, I love it. :drinker:

i love hearing all the different ways to make it. this receipe sounds yummo! thx! :flowerforyou:0 -
Sounds just about how I make my lasagna, but I use onions and garlic (instead of pepper) and I let it cook in while browning the meat.
I'll have to try it with pepper next time0 -
Just a suggestion.
You can cut out alot of the sodium and sugar by making your own sauce.
Or perhaps buy a sauce that doesn't contain all those extras.0
